Ordering and Purchase

You must pay by credit, debit card or bank transfer at the time of order, unless other specific terms and conditions have been granted in writing. The price of the Product is the price in force at the date and time of your order. We may change the price of the Product before you place an order.

JB Binding Ltd. is entitled to refuse any order placed by you. If your order is accepted, we will confirm acceptance to you by online electronic means ("Confirmation") to the email address you have given us. The order will then be fulfilled by the date set out in the Confirmation or, if the Confirmation does not contain such a date, within 30 days.

You undertake that all details you provide to us when ordering the Product will be correct, that the credit card which you use is your own and that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of the product involved. We reserve the right to obtain validation of your credit details before providing you with a copy of the Product.

Returns

You may return the Product you have purchased within 7 working days of delivery for a full refund on the condition that is registered with in 24 hours of receipt. Should the product contain manufacturing errors and/or defects, we will replace the product at no charge, or alternatively offer you a full refund. We maintain the right to judge what a manufacturing error and defect is. You must arrange for and pay the costs of returning the Product to the vendor.

We will issue a refund for the item provided that the items are in a fully resalable condition. This means that they must be returned in their unmarked original packaging and must be fully resaleable.

In any case where we have dispatched an incorrect item or you have ordered an incorrect item JB Binding Ltd. will, where applicable, dispatch a replacement item. In this instance you will be billed for the Item and a refund will be issued for the incorrect item once it is returned to us as described above. In this case JB Binding Ltd. will provide a full order refund (including the outgoing delivery charge). We will not refund the cost of returning the product to us. In exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of JB Binding Ltd. we may refund the incoming delivery charge. In this case the maximum amount refundable will be the cost of the outgoing delivery charge paid.

JB Binding ships all products via local and major carriers service. Depending on location you may choose between Standard and Overnight shipping options when placing an order. Shipping price is determined by order weight in Kilogrammes and county of the delivery address.
